Checking your plumbing boots

During my inspections I often come across high cost damage that could of been easily prevented. PLumbing boot flashings seem to be the number one cause of damage that could be prevent with an annual of semi annual check of your roofs condition. If you are not confident to climb up on your home the small amount paid to a professional could save you a large amount of money later.
